The Little Things- Christian

This little guy...so sweet!  Besides being absolutely precious, having a smile that all the girls will one day be swooning over, and those big brown puppy dog eyes, he was such a sweet boy! LOVES his Mom and Dad!  I know, what kid doesn't, but it was seriously so sweet how in awe of them he was!  And midway through the shoot, he wrapped his sweet little arms around my legs and squeezed tight.  *This is my heart melting*  And with a face like his, how could I take a bad picture....he's going to be a heartbreaker, I'm sure of it!

So Serious!

He was so curious, he kept putting his eyes right up to the lens.  It was so cute!

Baby Bump!

So after 8 months of waiting for Michelle to be the perfect size, I had the honor of taking her maternity pictures.  Her husband was working late therefore unable to join us for a few cozy husband and wife/mom and dad pics, so we are going to meet up again later to grab a few of those.  But for now, a few pictures from our evening running around Draper Lake (which is apparently where bodies get dumped) and a handful of pics at a mens drug and alcohol facility!  Should make for some great memories for her huh?! Ha, I swear I knew nothing of these locations beforehand....they just happen to be really pretty!

I promise there was no caffine in there!

Catching the Break of Day

I took the dogs for an early morning drive when I woke up at 6:45 WIDE AWAKE! (Yes, Me! Yes, up before 9!  I'm still trying to convince Matt that this really happened!) Needless to say, I have a new appreciation for the early morning.  The dogs joined me for a perfectly crisp morning, perfect for a sweatshirt and shorts.  Sigh....Ideal. I think they enjoyed their ears flopping in the cool breeze, almost as much as I enjoyed shooting this beautiful sunrise.  Here's to bright eyed and bushy tailed...

This is partly why I love Oklahoma

Spiders...Eeek!

I have a Thing for Random...

I love life's randomness that pop's into your life.  A seriously old piano, dropped off at the gate of an oil pumping unit, off of Route 66.  If that's not random, I don't know what is...

San Antonio

A few months ago, my family and I went down to San Antonio for a weekend to see one of my childhood friends get married.  The wedding was beautiful and we had a great time.  Of course one of the highlights of my weekend was dragging my little brother around so that I could take pictures!  He was a great sport about it and I had a grand ol' time doing one of my favorite things....

Alamo Doors

Love all the bright colors...

At the wedding, a stolen moment.
